"Pozsonyi" pastry is a basic pastry when we are talking about ferial cakes and sweets; it can be prepared in a lot of different ways for our family and guests. Our grandmothers used to spend days with preparing this pastry, now we can get is ready.

The ”Quick-frozen "Pozsonyi" Pastry similarly to the fluffy pastry, is prepared from wheat flour with some added vegetable fat. The only difference is, that it is prepared with yeast. The function of yeast is to provide a loose structure to the cakes, helping the easy absorption and providing a nice look. Beyond the significant protein content, yeast also contains B1-, B2- and B12 vitamins, which play an important role in the optimal operation of the nerve system.

This product is only avaible during Christmas season.
